Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the BrightMindKids application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the App.

Service Description

BrightMindKids is a focus training assistant app for children, helping children practice visual attention, auditory attention, executive function, and time management through gamified training. The App uses a free download + subscription model, with some premium features requiring subscription.

Important Medical Disclaimer

This app is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or rehabilitation services. The training content in this app is designed based on general cognitive training principles and cannot guarantee effectiveness for any specific attention condition (including but not limited to attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ADHD). If your child has attention problems, learning difficulties, hyperactivity/impulsivity, or other developmental/mental health issues, please use under the guidance of a professional doctor, child psychologist, or therapist. If emotional agitation, headache, eye fatigue, dizziness, nausea, or other symptoms occur during training, please stop using immediately and seek medical attention. We are not responsible for any health consequences resulting from the use or inability to use this app.

Subscription Information

BrightMindKids offers the following subscription options (subject to the App Store page display):

  • Monthly Subscription: Auto-renews monthly
  • Annual Subscription: Auto-renews yearly, usually with discount
  • Lifetime Unlock: One-time purchase for permanent access to all features

Payment Information

  • Subscriptions and purchases are processed through your Apple ID account
  • Specific prices and subscription options will be shown on the App Store product page
  • Prices may vary by region
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in "Settings" → "Apple ID" → "Subscriptions"

Privacy Protection

We value your child's privacy. Training data is primarily stored locally on the device, and we do not collect children's personal identity information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Parental Responsibility

BrightMindKids is designed for children, and parents should bear full supervision and guidance responsibility. Parents should:

  • Set reasonable training duration based on the child's age, physical condition, and attention level
  • Ensure the child maintains proper posture, appropriate distance, and good lighting during training
  • Observe the child's reactions after use and seek medical attention promptly if abnormal emotions or physical discomfort occur
  • Not use this app as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment
  • Formulate and adjust training plans under the guidance of professional doctors or therapists

Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App

Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and design (including but not limited to the capybara character, training games, and interface design) are the exclusive property of Capyzeno or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capyzeno is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, profit loss, business interruption, or health-related damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately terminate, but your purchased lifetime unlock or usage rights within the current subscription period will not be affected.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be published on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction.

Apple Standard Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
