Terms of Use

CueWeave is licensed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is governed by these product-specific terms together with Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.

Use of CueWeave

You may use CueWeave to import, edit, caption, organize and export media that you are legally entitled to use. You remain responsible for the media, music, fonts and other content you import, and for obtaining any permissions required to publish or distribute an export.

Non-destructive editing and local processing

CueWeave is designed around non-destructive project edits. Core project data is stored locally by default. Some Apple platform services, including speech recognition, StoreKit and iCloud when enabled by you, are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple’s own terms and availability.

Subscriptions and lifetime purchase

Pro features may be unlocked through a monthly subscription, yearly subscription or lifetime non-consumable purchase. Prices are shown by the App Store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refund handling are provided by Apple.

Availability and changes

We may improve, replace or discontinue individual features as the product evolves, while honoring active App Store entitlements as required by Apple’s rules. We do not guarantee that every codec, speech language or operating-system service is available on every device.

No professional or legal advice

CueWeave is a creative editing tool. Suggestions, transcription output and automated edit proposals are assistive features and should be reviewed by you before publication. They are not professional, legal or editorial advice.
