1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using DailyKey, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
DailyKey is a habit tracker and optional screen-time companion. It helps you record habits, view progress, and optionally enforce self-defined rules about app usage. You remain in control of all rules and can pause or bypass them at any time.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
DailyKey offers optional subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for how you configure Keys and bypass them. DailyKey is a self-directed tool, not a parental-control or medical service. Do not use DailyKey in situations where a temporary app restriction could cause harm, such as emergency communication.
5. Limitation of Liability
DailyKey is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capyzeno is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to productivity, health, or addiction-related outcomes.
6. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DailyKey after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
