Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the FocusKids application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the App.

Description of Service

FocusKids is a visual training assistant app designed for children, offering auto-renewable subscription services. The App helps children practice eye movements through fun games and develop good eye habits.

Important Notice: FocusKids is an auxiliary training tool and cannot replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment. If your child has vision problems, please consult a professional ophthalmologist.

Subscription Services

Subscription Types

  • Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly, auto-renewable
  • Annual Subscription: Billed annually, auto-renewable (with discount)

Subscription Terms

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

Pricing

  • Specific subscription prices will be displayed on the in-app purchase page
  • Prices may vary by region
  • Prices may be adjusted at any time with advance notice

User Accounts

Parent Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create a parent account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of your account information
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Child Accounts

  • Child accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian
  • You agree to supervise your child's use of the App
  • Collection of children's personal information requires parental consent

Privacy Protection

We value your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Children's Online Privacy Protection

The App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable children's privacy regulations. We:

  • Only collect limited information from children with parental consent
  • Do not sell or share children's personal information with third parties
  • Allow parents to view, modify, or delete their child's information
  • Take appropriate security measures to protect children's information

Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the App

Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and design are the proprietary property of Capyzeno or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

"As Is" Basis

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capyzeno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App will immediately cease
  • We have no obligation to refund any subscription fees
  • Provisions that reasonably should survive will remain in effect

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to a court with proper jurisdiction.

Apple Standard Terms

The use of this App and subscriptions are also subject to Apple's standard Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
