Thank you for using Freshlytics. We understand your inventory data and business information are crucial to you. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information Storage

Freshlytics stores only the following information:

• Product Info: Product names, categories, shelf life templates you create are stored on your local device or your iCloud private database.
• Inventory Records: Entry dates, quantities, costs, supplier information for inventory batches are entirely under your control.
• Stocktake Data: Stocktake records, variance reports stored locally for tracking inventory changes.
• App Settings: Reminder settings, appearance preferences stored in local system preferences.

2. iCloud Sync

Freshlytics supports iCloud data synchronization:

• Private Database: Your data is stored in your iCloud private database, accessible only to you.
• End-to-End Encryption: Data is encrypted during transmission and storage.
• Multi-Device Sync: Data automatically syncs across your iPhone and iPad via iCloud.
• Optional Feature: iCloud sync is optional, you can choose to store data locally only.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We explicitly state that we do NOT collect:

• Your product information or inventory data
• Your cost data or financial information
• Your supplier or customer information
• Your location information
• Your device identifiers for tracking
• Any information that could identify you or your business

4. Data Security

Your data security relies on your device security measures:

• Set a password or biometric lock for your device
• If using iCloud sync, enable Apple ID two-factor authentication
• Regularly backup important data (app supports export feature)
• Regularly check logged-in devices in iCloud settings

5. Data Export & Deletion

You can manage your data at any time:

• Export Data: App supports exporting inventory records and stocktake reports in CSV format
• Delete Data: You can delete individual products or clear all data within the app
• Delete App: Uninstalling the app will also delete all local data

6. Third-Party Services

Freshlytics may involve the following Apple services:

• CloudKit: Used for iCloud data sync (optional), managed by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policy
• Push Notifications: Used for expiry alert reminders, processed by Apple Push Notification service

7. Children's Privacy

Freshlytics is a business inventory management app designed for commercial users, not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
