1. Information Storage

MakerNest stores only the following information:

• Product Info: Product names, descriptions, prices, photos you create are stored in your iCloud private database.
• Sales Records: Sales dates, customer info, sales amounts are stored only in your iCloud account.
• Cost Data: Material costs, labor records, etc., are entirely under your control.
• Category Info: Product categories you create for organizing and filtering products.

2. Data Storage Technology

MakerNest uses Apple's CloudKit technology:

• Private Database: Your data is stored in your iCloud private database, accessible only to you.
• End-to-End Encryption: Data is encrypted during transmission and storage.
• Multi-Device Sync: Data automatically syncs across your iPhone and iPad via iCloud.
• Offline Available: You can use the app without network, data syncs automatically when back online.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We explicitly state that we do NOT collect:

• Your product information or photos
• Your sales records or customer information
• Your cost data or financial information
• Your location information
• Your device identifiers for tracking
• Any information that could identify you or your customers

4. Data Ownership

All data you create (products, sales, customers, costs, etc.) belongs entirely to you. You can export or delete your data at any time within the app. After deleting the app, your data will be removed from your iCloud account.

5. Third-Party Services

MakerNest involves the following Apple services:

• CloudKit: Used for data storage and sync, managed by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policy
• iCloud: Used to store your product photos, counting towards your iCloud storage quota

6. Data Security

Your data security relies on Apple's security measures and your account security:

• Set a strong password for your Apple ID and enable two-factor authentication
• Regularly check logged-in devices in iCloud settings
• Regularly backup important data (app supports export feature)

7. Data Export & Deletion

You can manage your data at any time:

• Export Data: App supports exporting product catalog and sales records in CSV or PDF format
• Delete Data: You can delete individual products or clear all data within the app
• Delete App: Uninstalling the app will also delete all local cached data

8. Children's Privacy

MakerNest is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. This app is primarily designed for adult crafters and artists.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Updated policies will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We recommend checking periodically for the latest privacy protection measures.
