Frequently Asked Questions
Go to Parent Center → Child Profiles. You can create up to 3 local profiles, each independently storing its own avatar, color, progress, and artwork. Profiles stay on this device and are never uploaded.
When your child taps a locked level, the app shows an "Ask a grown-up" prompt. After the parent passes the parent gate, the paywall appears with three options: monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase. All three unlock the same features.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → find NibbyBot and cancel. Premium features remain available until the end of the current billing period, after which the app returns to the free version. Existing artwork is not lost.
Yes. NibbyBot is a fully local app. All artwork, progress, and profiles are stored on the device. Uninstalling permanently loses them and they cannot be recovered. Parents should periodically export important artwork via the parent gate. iCloud sync is not currently supported.
Open the artwork detail page → choose "Share" or "Save to Photos". The parent gate will appear. Once verified, you can export the artwork to the Photos library or the system share sheet. By default, artwork never leaves the device.
Not yet. The current version of NibbyBot stores data only on the local device; data cannot be migrated when switching devices. We are evaluating the possibility of adding iCloud sync in a future release, but there is no firm timeline yet.
Yes. All three paid plans unlock exactly the same features: all 48 levels, all 4 themed worlds, all commands (including loops and functions), all animations, unlimited local artwork storage, and up to 3 child profiles. The only difference is the payment method and billing cycle.
