License

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Screenwright on Apple devices associated with your App Store account, subject to Apple’s usage rules. Screenwright and its software remain owned by the developer.

Your content and responsibility

You retain ownership of recordings, screenshots, media, captions and exports you create. You are responsible for having permission to record people, screens, audio, applications and copyrighted material, and for complying with applicable notice, consent and privacy laws.

Screenwright Pro Lifetime

The non-consumable Screenwright Pro Lifetime purchase unlocks the professional export features described in the app for the supported product lifetime. Apple processes payment, refunds, Family Sharing and purchase restoration under App Store rules. Taxes and localized prices may differ by territory.

Connected services

Optional transcription, language-model and S3-compatible services require credentials or accounts you provide. Their availability, pricing, limits and processing are governed by their providers. You authorize Screenwright to send the selected content when you initiate such a request.

Availability and updates

We may update features to maintain platform compatibility, security and product quality. Service interruptions, operating-system changes and third-party failures can affect some functions. Keep independent backups of important projects and exports.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Screenwright is provided “as is” without warranties beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost recordings, failed exports or third-party service behavior. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Acceptable use and termination

Do not use Screenwright to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights or platform security. We may end this license for material breach; sections concerning ownership, responsibility and liability survive termination.
