1. Data you choose to store

Trovella stores photos you capture or import, generated foreground cutouts, titles, notes, tags, categories, collections, places, movement history, reminders, favorites, statuses, and optional food, caffeine, serving, and place entries. This content is used only to provide the features you request.

2. Photos and foreground extraction

Photos are accessed only after you use the camera, photo picker, or file picker. Foreground extraction uses Apple’s on-device frameworks. Trovella does not upload your photos for AI processing.

3. Notifications

If you enable reminders, Trovella asks the operating system to schedule local notifications. You can deny or revoke notification permission at any time in system settings.

4. Purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple. Trovella receives entitlement status and does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple’s privacy policy governs App Store transactions.

5. Sharing and export

Nothing is shared automatically. When you use Share or Export, you select a destination through the system share sheet. Exports can include your records and media, so review the destination before sending.

6. Retention and deletion

Records remain until you archive, trash, or permanently delete them. The Trash screen supports recovery before permanent deletion. Deleting the app may remove local data according to operating-system behavior; export anything you wish to keep first.

7. Children and sensitive use

Trovella is a general-audience organization tool and is not intended to collect children’s personal information. Calorie and caffeine fields are optional personal notes, not medical advice or diagnosis.
