Important Notice: VistaraKids is a children's visual training assistant tool designed to help children practice eye movement coordination and visual focus through fun interactions. This app cannot replace professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation programs. If your child has vision problems, amblyopia, strabismus, or other eye health conditions, please consult a professional ophthalmologist or optometrist.

1. Information Collection

VistaraKids collects very limited information, and all data is stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded to our servers and is not used for analysis or advertising:

  • Child Profile: Parents can create child profiles (nickname, age), stored only locally, not uploaded to servers, and not used for analysis or advertising.
  • Training Records: Training duration, game progress, and achievement data stored locally to track training progress only, not uploaded and not used for analysis or advertising.
  • Parent Settings: Daily usage limits, notification settings, and training plans stored in local system preferences, not uploaded and not used for analysis or advertising.
  • No Image Data: The app does not use the camera and does not collect any facial or eye image data.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We explicitly state that we do NOT collect:

  • Child's real name or identity information
  • Child's geographic location
  • Child's images or facial data
  • Contact information (email, phone, etc.)
  • Device identifiers for tracking
  • Any information that could identify the child

3. Data Security

All data is stored locally on your device. We cannot access any user data. Data security depends on your device's security measures. We recommend:

  • Regularly backup device data
  • Do not share your device unlock password with others

VistaraKids provides complete parental control features:

  • Profile Management: Parents can delete child profiles and related data at any time
  • Training Plans: Parents can adjust training plans based on professional recommendations

VistaraKids may involve the following third-party services:

  • Apple Subscription Service: Used for premium feature subscriptions, payments processed by Apple
  • Apple iCloud (Optional): Used to sync data between your devices, data stored in your private iCloud database
