Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the WigglePop application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the App.
Description of Service
WigglePop is a creative interactive app that helps users explore dynamic visual effects and create unique content. The App offers basic free features and premium subscription features.
Subscription Services
WigglePop offers the following subscription options:
- Monthly Subscription: Auto-renewable monthly, unlocks all premium dynamic effects
- Annual Subscription: Auto-renewable annually (discounted), unlocks all premium dynamic effects
- Lifetime Purchase: One-time purchase, permanent access to all premium features
Auto-Renewal Information
- Monthly and annual subscriptions are auto-renewable subscription services
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to "Settings" → "Apple ID" → "Subscriptions"
Lifetime Purchase Information
- Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no subsequent subscription fees
- Purchase permanently unlocks all premium features
- Includes all future updates at no additional cost
- Lifetime purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on devices using the same Apple ID
Pricing Information
- Specific subscription prices are subject to App Store display
- Prices may vary by region
- Prices may be adjusted at any time with advance notice
Privacy Protection
We value your privacy. Your creation content and app data are stored on your local device, which we cannot access. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
Data Ownership
All content you create using this app (dynamic effects, custom settings, etc.) belongs entirely to you. You can export or delete your data at any time. We are not responsible for your data content.
Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the App
Intellectual Property
The App and all its content, features, and design are the proprietary property of Capyzeno or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capyzeno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, but your purchased license (including lifetime purchase) will not be affected, and your data will remain on your device.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to a court with proper jurisdiction.
Apple Standard Terms
The use of this App is also subject to Apple's standard Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
