By downloading or using the WorktileX application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the App.

Mô tả dịch vụ

WorktileX is a macOS menu-bar window manager for macOS 14 and later. It helps you organize your desktop by snapping windows to screen edges, corners and custom grids, arranging all windows with a hotkey, positioning windows with exact coordinates, applying automatic layout rules per app, and capturing window screenshots. The App is distributed on the Mac App Store and runs entirely locally on your device.

Free Trial and Paid Plans

The App offers a 14-day free trial with all features unlocked. After the trial ends, you can continue on the Free tier or upgrade:

  • Free: 2 saved layouts with core snapping features
  • Standard (one-time purchase): unlimited layouts, custom grids and hotkeys
  • Pro (subscription or lifetime): precision positioning, auto layout rules, window capture and remote control

Payment

  • All payments are charged to your Apple ID account through the App Store when you confirm a purchase
  • Specific prices (for example ¥12 / $1.99 for Standard, ¥25 per year or ¥68 / $9.99 lifetime for Pro) are displayed on the App Store product page and may vary by region
  • We never see or store your payment information

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

The Pro yearly subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings (App Store → your profile → Subscriptions). The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that never expires. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.

We value your privacy. WorktileX stores all your data locally on your device and collects no personal information. Purchases are processed by Apple. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

Data Ownership

All layouts, grid definitions, rules and captures you create with the App belong entirely to you and remain on your device. We are not responsible for your data content. Because nothing is uploaded, uninstalling the App removes all data it stored; back up anything you want to keep.

Hạn chế sử dụng

Bạn đồng ý không:

Sở hữu trí tuệ

Ứng dụng và tất cả nội dung, tính năng và thiết kế của nó là tài sản độc quyền của Capyzeno hoặc người cấp phép của Capyzeno, được bảo vệ bởi bản quyền, nhãn hiệu và các luật sở hữu trí tuệ khác.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capyzeno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits or business interruption. Window positions and sizes are applied at your instruction; the App does not guarantee compatibility with every third-party application.

Chấm dứt

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the App on the App Store in the future; in that case you may continue using previously downloaded copies, and your lifetime or active subscription entitlements remain valid until their natural end.

Sửa đổi điều khoản

Chúng tôi có quyền sửa đổi các Điều khoản này bất cứ lúc nào. Điều khoản sửa đổi sẽ được đăng trên trang này. Việc bạn tiếp tục sử dụng Ứng dụng đồng nghĩa với việc bạn chấp nhận Điều khoản đã sửa đổi.

Giải quyết tranh chấp

Các Điều khoản này được điều chỉnh bởi luật pháp của Cộng hòa Nhân dân Trung Hoa. Mọi tranh chấp trước hết sẽ được giải quyết thông qua thương lượng thân thiện; nếu đàm phán không thành công, tranh chấp có thể được đưa ra tòa án có thẩm quyền phù hợp.

Điều khoản tiêu chuẩn của Apple

Việc sử dụng Ứng dụng này và các đăng ký cũng phải tuân theo Điều khoản và Điều kiện của Dịch vụ Truyền thông Apple tiêu chuẩn của Apple.
