By downloading or using the WorktileX application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the App.

Beschreibung des Dienstes

WorktileX is a macOS menu-bar window manager for macOS 14 and later. It helps you organize your desktop by snapping windows to screen edges, corners and custom grids, arranging all windows with a hotkey, positioning windows with exact coordinates, applying automatic layout rules per app, and capturing window screenshots. The App is distributed on the Mac App Store and runs entirely locally on your device.

Free Trial and Paid Plans

The App offers a 14-day free trial with all features unlocked. After the trial ends, you can continue on the Free tier or upgrade:

  • Free: 2 saved layouts with core snapping features
  • Standard (one-time purchase): unlimited layouts, custom grids and hotkeys
  • Pro (subscription or lifetime): precision positioning, auto layout rules, window capture and remote control

Payment

  • All payments are charged to your Apple ID account through the App Store when you confirm a purchase
  • Specific prices (for example ¥12 / $1.99 for Standard, ¥25 per year or ¥68 / $9.99 lifetime for Pro) are displayed on the App Store product page and may vary by region
  • We never see or store your payment information

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

The Pro yearly subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings (App Store → your profile → Subscriptions). The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that never expires. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.

Datenschutz

We value your privacy. WorktileX stores all your data locally on your device and collects no personal information. Purchases are processed by Apple. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

Data Ownership

All layouts, grid definitions, rules and captures you create with the App belong entirely to you and remain on your device. We are not responsible for your data content. Because nothing is uploaded, uninstalling the App removes all data it stored; back up anything you want to keep.

Nutzungsbeschränkungen

Sie stimmen zu, Folgendes nicht zu tun:

  • Kopieren, Modifizieren, Verteilen, Verkaufen oder Leasing von Teilen der App
  • Reverse Engineering, Dekompilieren oder Disassemblieren der App
  • Entfernen aller Urheberrechts- oder anderen Eigentumshinweise
  • Verwenden der App für rechtswidrige Zwecke
  • Beeinträchtigung oder Störung der ordnungsgemäßen Funktion der App

Geistiges Eigentum

Die App und alle ihre Inhalte, Funktionen und ihr Design sind Eigentum von Capyzeno oder seinen Lizenzgebern und durch Urheberrechte, Markenrechte und andere Gesetze zum Schutz des geistigen Eigentums geschützt.

Haftungsausschluss

„Wie besehen“-Basis

Die App wird „wie besehen“ und „wie verfügbar“ bereitgestellt, ohne jegliche Gewährleistung jeglicher Art, weder ausdrücklich noch stillschweigend.

Haftungsbeschränkung

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capyzeno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits or business interruption. Window positions and sizes are applied at your instruction; the App does not guarantee compatibility with every third-party application.

Beendigung

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the App on the App Store in the future; in that case you may continue using previously downloaded copies, and your lifetime or active subscription entitlements remain valid until their natural end.

Änderungen der Bedingungen

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, diese Bedingungen jederzeit zu ändern. Geänderte Bedingungen werden auf dieser Seite veröffentlicht. Durch Ihre fortgesetzte Nutzung der App akzeptieren Sie die geänderten Bedingungen.

Streitbeilegung

Diese Bedingungen unterliegen den Gesetzen der Volksrepublik China. Etwaige Streitigkeiten werden zunächst durch freundschaftliche Verhandlungen beigelegt; Scheitern die Verhandlungen, können Streitigkeiten einem zuständigen Gericht vorgelegt werden.

Apple-Standardbedingungen

Die Nutzung dieser App und Abonnements unterliegen außerdem den -Standardbedingungen für Apple Media Services von Apple.
