약관 동의
By downloading or using the WorktileX application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the App.
서비스 설명
WorktileX is a macOS menu-bar window manager for macOS 14 and later. It helps you organize your desktop by snapping windows to screen edges, corners and custom grids, arranging all windows with a hotkey, positioning windows with exact coordinates, applying automatic layout rules per app, and capturing window screenshots. The App is distributed on the Mac App Store and runs entirely locally on your device.
Free Trial and Paid Plans
The App offers a 14-day free trial with all features unlocked. After the trial ends, you can continue on the Free tier or upgrade:
- Free: 2 saved layouts with core snapping features
- Standard (one-time purchase): unlimited layouts, custom grids and hotkeys
- Pro (subscription or lifetime): precision positioning, auto layout rules, window capture and remote control
Payment
- All payments are charged to your Apple ID account through the App Store when you confirm a purchase
- Specific prices (for example ¥12 / $1.99 for Standard, ¥25 per year or ¥68 / $9.99 lifetime for Pro) are displayed on the App Store product page and may vary by region
- We never see or store your payment information
Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
The Pro yearly subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings (App Store → your profile → Subscriptions). The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that never expires. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.
개인정보 보호
We value your privacy. WorktileX stores all your data locally on your device and collects no personal information. Purchases are processed by Apple. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
Data Ownership
All layouts, grid definitions, rules and captures you create with the App belong entirely to you and remain on your device. We are not responsible for your data content. Because nothing is uploaded, uninstalling the App removes all data it stored; back up anything you want to keep.
사용 제한
귀하는 다음과 같은 행위를 하지 않을 것에 동의합니다.
- 앱의 일부를 복사, 수정, 배포, 판매 또는 임대
- 앱을 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일 또는 디스어셈블하는 행위
- 저작권 또는 기타 독점 고지 사항을 제거하는 행위
- 불법적인 목적으로 앱을 사용하는 행위
- 앱의 올바른 기능을 방해하거나 방해하는 행위
지적재산권
앱과 앱의 모든 콘텐츠, 기능 및 디자인은 저작권, 상표 및 기타 지적 재산권법에 의해 보호되는 Capyzeno 또는 해당 라이센스 제공자의 독점 재산입니다.
부인 성명
"있는 그대로" 기반
앱은 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 종류의 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로", "사용 가능한 대로" 제공됩니다.
책임의 제한
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capyzeno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits or business interruption. Window positions and sizes are applied at your instruction; the App does not guarantee compatibility with every third-party application.
종료
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the App on the App Store in the future; in that case you may continue using previously downloaded copies, and your lifetime or active subscription entitlements remain valid until their natural end.

당사는 언제든지 본 약관을 수정할 권리를 보유합니다. 수정된 약관은 이 페이지에 게시됩니다. 앱을 계속 사용하면 수정된 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
분쟁 해결
본 약관은 중화인민공화국 법률의 적용을 받습니다. 모든 분쟁은 먼저 우호적인 협상을 통해 해결되어야 합니다. 협상이 실패할 경우 분쟁은 적절한 관할권을 가진 법원에 회부될 수 있습니다.

이 앱과 구독의 사용에는 Apple의 표준 Apple 미디어 서비스 이용 약관 도 적용됩니다.
