1. The service

Trovella helps you create and organize a local visual library. You are responsible for the content you capture, import, export, and share, and for ensuring you have permission to use it.

2. Personal records, not professional advice

Food energy and caffeine fields are optional personal notes. Trovella does not provide medical, nutritional, safety, valuation, inventory-control, or other professional advice. Do not rely on reminders as the sole safeguard for medication, safety-critical maintenance, expiry, or emergencies.

3. Purchases

Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and family-sharing eligibility are governed by Apple and your App Store account. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

4. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, or discontinue features when necessary for platform compatibility, safety, or product quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or recovery of locally deleted data.

5. Warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made from user-entered records. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
