For help, email [email protected]. Include your device model, operating-system version, app version, and the steps that led to the problem. Please do not attach private photos unless they are necessary and you are comfortable sharing them.
Cutout did not find the right subject
Choose another detected subject when offered, retry with a photo that has clearer separation, or save the original. Your original image is preserved.
Reminders do not appear
Open system Settings, find Trovella under Notifications, and allow alerts. Confirm the reminder is not completed and its date is in the future.
A purchase is missing
Open Trovella › You and select Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple controls transaction processing and refunds.
Moving to another device
Use Export Your Library in Trovella › You to keep an independent copy of records and media. The current release is local-first and does not promise automatic cloud synchronization.
Accessibility
Trovella supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labels, reduced motion, keyboard navigation on larger devices, and adaptive layouts. Tell us if a workflow creates an accessibility barrier.
